“Call an Audible”

Grab your lighter and your patience, folks — this week the Beyond the Humidor squad (Greg, Scott, Larry, and Anthony) fires up the Artista Buffalo Ten Connecticut and pours a little rum, because apparently that's how you properly mourn legends. And mourn we do: this episode we raise a glass and a toast to Dolly Parton, Tim Curry, and Peter Cullen — three icons who shaped soundtracks, screens, and childhoods alike. Rest easy.

Now, about that "in true Beyond the Humidor fashion" thing — yeah, one of our cameras looked at the schedule, took one glance at us, and just... quit. Full mutiny. So this week you get us the way we were meant to be heard: audio only, no visuals to distract from the ash falling in your lap. Consider it a return to radio's golden age, except with more cursing and less production budget.

So light up that Connecticut wrapper, pour something brown, and settle in for a conversation that had to "call an audible" — pun very much intended, thank you — and roll with the punches like true cigar smokers always do. Cameras may fail us, but the smoke, the rum, and the stories never will.
